Could Consuming Pediasure Lead To Blood Traces In Stool Of A Child?

Hello Doctor, my kid is 2.5 years old. He is taking pediasure & while milk. He is constipating for few days and we are noticing blood traces in his stool (tiny balls) for couple of days....what could be the reason. He is taking more milk from normal level for a day ( may be around 500 ml for day)

Excess milk consumption leads to constipation.
Reduce consumption of milk.
Give fruits and fiber containing foods.
Give plenty of water
Supplement with cereals and pulses.
