Could Cramps And Heavy Breast Just Be Side Effects From Depo Shots?

I ve been on deposits shot maybe a month after my baby was born she is 21 months this last time of getting my shot I had wiped and there was some mucus and my breast are heavy and if I squeeze them colostrum comes out but they are not sore I also had a period with the shot up until this last time I got the shot about 3 months ago I also had bad cramps for like 3 days could I be pregnant or could it just be side effects from the shot

I read your query and i appreciate your concern regarding this issue.

As you are on DEPO shots so failure rate is of less than 1% when it is used correctly and consistently. You should take a pregnancy test if you are experiencing any pregnancy symptoms.The symptoms which you mentioned can be of pregnancy then i would advise you to go for urine pregnancy test or serum Beta Hcg test if you are overdue with your periods.
