Hallow Dear,

The weak positive pregnancy test result can indicate possibility of ectopic pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancy is a condition in which the pregnancy is implanted anywhere outside the uterine cavity - most commonly in the tube. Such pregnancy cannot grow and there is a risk of tubal rupture leading to haemorrhagic emergency requiring immediate surgical intervention with many units of blood transfusion.

The cramps you are getting with slight bleeding is also supporting the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.

Please report to the Gynaecologist ASAP to avoid serious complications. If managed before rupture, ectopic pregnancy can be managed safely and the tube also may be saved.

I hope this gives you required message.
