Could Cramps,tender Breasts And Lightheadedness Mean I'm Pregnant?

I have irregular periods at a gap of 5-7weeks between .i had sex three week ago (week6). And since couple days later ive had slight tummy cramps,tender breasts and slight light headedness i have done thre hpt all say neg. Could i still be preg as i feel pregnant .

if u have irregular periods then ur upt may become positive after few weeks later. u better wait for sometimes or u may get B HCG in lab or a scan that will surely clear ur doubt that u r pregnant or not
