Hello
You are having tuberculosis , last 4 months but now taking R-Cinex 600 mg ( rifampicin 600 mg + isoniazide 300 mg ) .
I have noted that it is not RCINEX which is responsible for darkening of skin ( discoloration ) .
However , rifampicin causes skin reaction eosinophilia , so indirectly these two may be responsible for discoloration.
But one thing is important in Tubercular treatment .
Initially patient advised ETHAMBUTOL 800 mg for tuberculosis . This drugs causes discoloration of skin ( darkening of skin may be the cause in your case).
Yes once you will stop drugs , your color will resume same within 1-2 years.
Yes you can do hard exercise and visit gym without any risk.
Hope this will help you.
