Could Dehydration Cause Muscle Cramps All Over The Body?
Hello, I understand your concern. Overuse of a muscle, dehydration, muscle strain or simply holding a position for a prolonged period can cause a muscle cramp. I suggest to drink a lot of liquids. I also suggest to use a hydrolite solution such as Pedialyte. Hope my answer was helpful. If you have further queries feel free to contact me again. Kind regards!
