Could Delayed Periods After Having Sex Followed By Intake Of Pill Mean Pregnancy?

I had unprotected sex on 16-08-2014 but had the contraceptive pill (unwanted-72) within the next 28hours. I had my periods date in 28-08-2014 but today it is 30-08-2014, I still didn t get my periods. Yesterday, on 29-08-2014 I had done a urine HCG test with a pregnancy kit wuth the first urine of the day when I woke up in the morning. I waited for 5mins but the result was negative. I m also having a strong feeling of nausea every now and then since a few days back, but it has stopped from yesterday, the feeling is gone now. I m good but sometimes I feel a bitter taste in my mouth and specially during the night, I feel a bit cold as if I have a very little fever. I don t know what is happening. The pregnancy kit showed the negative result still I dont get my periods and wierd health issues are taking place with me. Please help doc before it gets to late to terminate the pregnancy with any medicine (if and only if I have got pregnant) , cause I had a recent breakup with my boyfriend so what has to be done I have to do that on my own as I cannot include any other people in it.

hi healthcare magic user, this type of period pattern could be due to hormonal imbalance.
if I would have been your doctor I would have advised you to get blood test called serum BHCG to confirm pregnancy.
if negative awaite period this type of period is usually seen after pill and stress that you are going through.
