Could Delayed Periods With HPT Negative Mean Pregnancy?

hi...I am 34 years old, and as of right now 32 days late for my period. I have taken 3 test. 1 on 10 days late, 13 days late & 31 days late, all have come back negative. Just need some advice. Thank you, ps. I am also on 2 presciptions meds. Paxal 20mg & Dialantin 300Mg. I m worried that if I am pregnant, what these meds may do if I don t find out in time.....

paxil 20 mg can cause sideeffects when taken durinng embryogenesis period
dialatin may also cause side effects
it is better to do beta hcg to see whether pregnancy is there and an ultrasound iss also advised
