HI,
This can be due to premenstrual symptoms and since diabetic, neuropathy can cause these symptoms. If due to diabetes, with good control of your sugar and weight with regular physical activities and proper diet along with medications we can prevent further damage and can also reverse the damage. Have good nutritious food, take vitamin supplements (B6 & B12) and gabapentin/pregabalin may be beneficial.
Weight reduction is also equally important. Keep checking your weight, sugar and lipid levels for good monitoring and good health..
Hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask if any further queries and I will be glad to answer them.
Regards
