Could Diarrhea, Acidity And Burping After Protected Sex Be Due To STD?

hi a just had protected sex with a man but i suck his pennis and he suck mine a week later im having a light
diarrhea its been a month now and a lot of bowel movements but mi stomack doesent hurt also im having a lot of gas and when i eat.
i star to burp a lot to a point that inritate my throat. could that be an std?
