Could Diverticulitis Have Resulted From A Blockage Due To Supracervical Hysterectomy?

I am 50 and had a supra-cervical hysterectomy 8/15/12. Since the surgery, I have had a collection of fluid in the culdesac (which on ultrasound shows a thick membrane encompassing the fluid), cysts on either or both ovaries every ultrasound and quite a bit of pain off and on for the last 18 months. My pain is on one or sometimes both sides of my pelvis, internally my large intestine (rectal area) and I often experience a sensation of pressure pushing on my rectum and bladder. I also have developed diverticulosis (found during colonoscopy) because of a blockage (gas) right after the hysterectomy. The CAS-125 test has come back in normal range. I am anti surgery and don t take rx very often.
