Could Dizziness While Swimming Be Due To Excess Chlorine?

I have been to a swimming pool different from my normal one on two occasions. On each occasion I have had a dizzy turn which was quite unpleasant. It has never happened in any other pool. Could this one have too much chlorine? The water is rather murky.
