Could Drop Of Blood In Stool Be Due To Hemorrhoids?

I'm pretty sure I got hemorroids after I had my son, 9 months later I'm still having problems with them, they come and go. I had a bowl movement this morning and it hurt just a little bit, nothing to bad, but when I wiped there was bright red blood on the toilet paper and alittle drop of blood in the toilet....is this jsut from my heorrhoids bleeding?
