Hello
It seems from the history that you are having facial palsy. Facial nerve supplies the orbicularis oculi muscle and plays an important role in blinking. Facial nerve palsy leads to decreased blinking and inability to close the eyelids called as lagophthalmos.
Because of lagophthalmos dryness of eyes results.
The treatment is by use of artificial tears till the facial palsy improves. Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
