Could Eye Floaters, Neck Pain And Nose Bleeds Be Related?

I have had a black dot in my vision that comes and goes, usually in one eye, sometimes pain on the right side in back of neck with it. I had this tonight, then took a bath, when I got out of the bath I had a nosebleed, I am now of course feeling anxious, could they be related, I have only ever had 1 other nosebleed that I can remember

They are not related.symptomatic treatment for all problem be done. fund us examination to rule out tear or hole in retina. can take analgesic anti inflammatory for neck pain. BP should be checked. ENT doctor should check for nasal bleeding.controll your anxiety there is nothing to fear. with treatment every thing will be alright.
