Could Fatigue Be Due To Lupus And Not Taking Medicines?

I started a new job recently and was unable to take off work to go to my next rheumatologist for my lupus. Since I did not go I since then have ran out of my medicines. It has been a little of 2 weeks since I've taken my methotrexate and plaquenil. I just noticed 3 days ago that I'm starting to get more fatigue. Could this be because of my lupus and not taking my meds? This is the first time in 2 yrs since I was diagnosed that I have not taken my meds.
