Could Fatigue, Nausea And Loss Of Appetite Be Due To Menopausal Symptoms?

I am a 53 yr old female. For the last 3-4 wks I have not been feeling well. Fatigued, nausea, loss of appetite even unable to keep food down at times. I will break out in sweats and feel very weak at times. I have been very stressed, could this be the issue? Or could it be menapausal symptoms? Any help would be appreciated.
