in the past few days, i have been fatigued, i have had excess discharge (thick white, and clear stretchy) there is no odor and it doesnt itch. today, i experienced lower back aches but it eased up when i sat down. i am on the birth control alesse, but last month the only thing i had that was close to a period was light spotting which was only noticable the one time i wiped. I took a pregnancy test more than a week ago and it came up negative, but i am suppose to start anyday now. could i be pregnant, or am i overreacting

Hi dear you are having side effects of pills and pre menstrual cramps..for that I advise you to take tab pantoprazole and tab hifenac p..also maintain proper hygiene of private part to avoid infection. minor discharge could be due to infection for that cotrimazole vaginal suppository will be helpful. if problem persists then consult gynaecologist once for examination.
hope this information helps you
thanks and regards
