Could Femur Fractures In A Toddler Be Accidental?

Could femur fractures in a toddler be accidental? If a child fell off a bed, did a somersault a day or two prior to getting a leg stuck up to their thigh in the crib, could the fall from the bed compromised the leg and when it was removed from the crib fractured it.

Its very unlikely for such trivial trauma to cause fracture. We have to rule out cause of pathological fractures.
Kindly discuss with an orthopedician.
