Noted here you have excess gas formation...
The cause might be.....
-less water intake
-sedentary life style
-
smoking -less fiber food intake etc....
Here you have to take fiber food like whole grain , wheat bran and banana etc...
Continue to take more fruits ...
Red beetroots rich in pottasium ,
magnesium and fiber ....so help in healthy digestion....
Blueberries rich in fiber and
vitamin c so help in digestive benefit
Take more water....
Take green leafy veg more.
Exercise done regularly...
If still needs fiber supplement can be taken...
If still problem continue USG done as further work up.
