Could Flowing Of Semen From Vagina Be The Reason For Not Conceiving?

Hello,,,i would like to ask the reason why sperm flows out of my vagina after my husband ejaculates inside me. A lot of the sperm flows out and i'm worried that could be the reason why i am not conceiving. Please help,,,,we have been trying to conceive for the past 8months now but nothing is happening.

Well come to HCM
Flow out of semen from vagina may not be the cause of not having conception, actually this is over flow of semen when vagina filled with semen then some extra semen flow out , still you could prevent this with elevating your leg and lower abdomen for some time, keep trying for conception, do not give off the hope, take care, have a good luck.
