Could Frequent Attacks Of Cold And Cough Be Due To Chronic Sinusitis?

Hi, My name is Suresh, I am having fequent colds and cough for last one year. This is generally last for few days to a week. This issue is recurring frequently. Could it be the case of Chronic Sinutis? Also I am feeling very tired and some times I also have dizziness and blurred vision. What should be the likly reasons for it? Please advice.

Hi,

Yes. You could have chronic sinusitis. First of all, please take some Cetirizine and decongestant nasal drops to improve your symptoms. Try frequent steam inhalations also. If symptoms don't improve, you may require a CT scan of paranasal sinuses to diagnose the exact issue.
