Hi there,
After going through your question, I am of the opinion that:
1) The most common and reliable sign of
pregnancy is missed periods. If you have missed your periods, chances are that you may be pregnant.
2) The symptoms that you have mentioned like
headaches,
tingling, rise in appetite are common in pregnancy, but are not always indicative.
3) If you want to confirm, you can get a urine pregnancy test at home. If that is negative, you might not be pregnant as you got your period also.
4) If you still want to confirm, you can get a
blood test called
serum beta HCG done, which is more reliable and can give results earlier.
5) Some women do get periods for 2-3 months after they are pregnant.
I hope this was helpful.
