Hello Dear,
The symptoms you have noticed do happen in pregnancy and given the history of unprotected intercorse, there is a fare chance of you being pregnant. However, these symptoms may also be due to urinary tract infection.

You must get a serum beta HCG done which is blood test to detect pregnancy and a urine routine and microscopic examination done. If the number of puscells is significantly high, urine culture must be done and antibiotics to be started according to the sensitivity.

Do drink lots of water, it will help reduce your symptoms and review with reports so that we can help you further.

Hope this helps
