Could Green Liquid In Stool Be A Side Effect Of Abdominal Swelling From Radiation Treatments For A Head Tumor I Had Earlier This Year?

I just got over having 38 radiation treatments for a cancerous tumor in my head in the middle of January 2021. I was told some of the side effects would be swelling and bloating for the next several months. Currently my abdominal area is very swollen, Tonight I went to the bathroom and had a green liquid in my stool. I immediately went on another site that said this could be caused by bloating of the abdominal area that would be a side effect from radiation treatments is this true?
