Could Growing Belly, Lactating Breast, Feeling Of Movements Inside Stomach With HPT Negative Mean Pregnancy?

I am 38 and having all the symptoms of pregnancy as my belly continues to grow as well (I look about 5 months) yet I get a negative test...even my breast are lactating...and I feel movements, but I also feel like I am losing my mind! am I too old to be pregnant???? I am also scared of the worst news!

Rarely any pelvic tumours ,abdominal tumours or prolactinoma tumours can cause such symptoms.Abdominal and pelvic ultrasound can be done.

Pseudocyesis is the medical term for a false pregnancy. False pregnancy is characterized by the typical pregnancy symptoms including weight gain, growing belly, morning sickness, irritability, and backache; all the signs of being pregnant without carrying an actual baby.Kindly consult your doctor for further counselling.
