Could Hair Fall Be A Side Effect Of Vit E And Omega3 Capsules Together?

I had a sudden hairfall and really bad. I had been taking Omega3 capsules OD i also want to have vit E intake. I wanted to ask what is the effect of these two going togethr. Would it nullify each othrs effext or gap between doses will do it? I m planning to continue these for all my life as these are good n essential. Just need expert guidance if anyone can please. Please note that many people are taking vit E and omega 3 fatty acid without any side effect. You may safely take these. For more safety, give a gap of a few hours between these two.
