Could Half The Dosage Of Parnate Advisable?
I am in a desperate situation regarding costs. I take 8 parnate per day with a cost of $1400 per month. Medicare part D doesn t cover parnate. I am afraid of cutting back so they will last. I have 15, so I could cut my does in half. any help would be appreciated. I have already checked all patient assistance programs that help with part D meds, with no success. However only your treating doctor can decide whether your dose can be reduced.
If you have access to your doctor you may discuss your financial difficulty with him and he may choose a cheaper drug from the same class or different class of anti-depressants that may be suitable for you.
