Hi and welcome to Healthcare forum. Having Rh negative blood is NOT related to conception. People of all blood types can conceive though not having had anti-D does affect the outcome of next pregnancy. As for chlamydia infection it can sometimes be the cause of not conceiving, STDs are a common reason for Secondary Infertility. You need definitive treatment for this and also investigation for other concommital STDs and HIV infection which may co-exist. Do visit a competent gynaecologist for proper investigation and treatment. Hope you have another baby soon, you are young, don't lose hope.
