Please remember that pre-ejaculate contains enough sperm to cause conception even when deposited on the vagina during the fertile period. As she vomited before taking the emergency pill and not later, the activity of the pill is not affected. The pill can delay her next natural period by a week or two as it contains high hormone doses.
