Hi, After undergoing any surgery, it may take some time for recovery and during that period body pain, headache, etc. symptoms can be seen. Sometimes the pregnancy is possible, even after undergoing tubal ligation, especially ectopic pregnancy has to be ruled out. If you, miss your expected date of periods and continue to have the symptoms like nausea, headache, pain abdomen, etc. It is better to consult your gynecologist once, get examined and undergo an ultrasound with this work-up the possible cause of your pain and the symptoms can be identified and treatment can be taken accordingly.
