Hello,

Your symptoms are indicative of problems in the inner ear (vestibular disorders), disturbances in the vestibular nerve, brainstem, or central nervous system, that is causing you vertigo. Vertigo causes imbalance, dizziness or spinning feeling. Take Vertin-16, twice daily for 5 days, you will feel better. Do not do any heavy work, do not drive, stay at rest. Consistent roaring that you are hearing in your left ear is called tinnitus.

Tinnitus is caused commonly due to exposure to ear infections, ear wax buildup, exposure to loud noise and certain medical conditions such as Ménière's disease. Get clinically examined by an ENT. The pathology causing vertigo and tinnitus will be diagnosed and treated precisely. Do not neglect. Neglect will result in worsening of the symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
