Hello,

Usually, pain after eating food is due to gastric ulcers. Other possible causes are:
1. Dyspepsia
2. Gastric ulcers
3. Food Intolerance
4. Lactose intolerance
5. Irritable Bowel Syndrome etcetera

Avoid spicy food, alcohol, and caffeinated drinks. Take a high fiber diet. Use tablet Nexium before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved, please consult your gastroenterologist, he will do the upper GI scope and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
