Could Heaviness And Tired Feeling In Right Foot, Starting Below The Knee If Stood For Long Hours Indicate Heart Or Back Problems?

My right foot feels heavy and tired when I stand it walk on it. It starts right below the knee and goes into foot the most. When I elevate it, it seems to releive it a bit. I work in the restaurant industry, so walking and on feet for 8 hrs at a time. Is it serious? Heart problems, or is it just something to do with my back which I do have problems with, but more on the left lower and middle left side of back

Hi
I dont think it has any heart problem.
If you doubt heart problem just get ecg done.
It is more likely a spine or varicose vein problem.
If it gets worse by walking it is more likely to be a varicose vein problem.
Still consult your spine surgeon.
Get well soon.
Thank you.
