Could High RDW-CV, Lymphocytes, MPV, And PDW Indicate HIV Infection?

Hello Sir/Madam, I did some regular blood test: 1. My RDW-CV is 14.9%.. Mentioned Normal is 11.5-14 2. My Lymphocytes is 45.9%.. Mentioned Normal is 20-40 3. My MPV is 12.7 fL where Mentioned normal is 6.5-12 4. My PDW is 24 fL where Mentioned normal is 9-17 Last year I made some sexual connect with a random person that s why I am suspected. Can these cause by HIV virus? Please help me out. Regards
