hi my name is omar and I'm 17 years old yesterday me and my family visited of friends and they were showing us a electronic device for messuring blood pressure and heartbeat so we all tried it but when it was my turn my heartbeat was 66 which I think is normal but my blood pressure was 149-99 well I didn't do anything the last movment I did in the last hour was only from the chair to the car and from the car to there couch before that I was just sitting on a chair studying do you think I should see a doctor
PS: that disease which I don't know its name which makes blood pressure goes up and down uncontrolled runs through my family
Once measured high blood pressure doesn't mean you have arterial hypertension. You should measure your blood pressure twice daily for a month, if you notice high blood pressure data frequently then you should visit your doctor
