Dear sir i can understand your concern.
in my opinion you might be in the early stage of
diabetes.
but i suggest you to check a test called Hba1c% for better analysis of the condition
Hba1c% greater than 6.5% is considered as diabetes.
i would like to tell you regarding diagnostic criteria of diabetes
he diagnosis of diabetes requires one of the following:
• A fasting
glucose ≥ 126 mg/dL;
• A
hemoglobin A1c level ≥ 6.5%;
• A random glucose level > 200 mg/dL in a markedly symptomatic patient(symptoms like increased urination,thirst,
weight loss,
blurred vision and non healing ulcers.
in my opinion its advisable to do lifestyle changes for 1 month and recheck your blood sugar,
daily exercise for 45min and control diet.
meet a dietitian for better advice.
Since you have a positive family history also you should be very careful.
hope this explains
regards
