Could I Be Pregnant As I Have Nausea And Dizziness?

My LMP was on 1/23/11 and I had some spotting from day 13 to 16. I have been having headaches, light cramping and major dizziness and nausea ever since. I took a PG test today and it was negative, but my period isn't due for another week. Could I really be pregnant, and if so, how can I stop this dizziness??

It can be premenstrual symptoms. Do take Vertin now and take Meprate for 3 days and stop after withdrawal bleeding.
