Hello and welcome to HCM,
The chances of pregnancy are maximum during ovulatory period which is 14 days prior to menstrual cycle.
The days 12-14 of a regular menstrual cycle are very apt for conception.
The cramps and breast pain will not interfere with your fertility.
The second half of the menstrual cycle is under the influence of progesterone.
Progesterone causes retention of water and feeling of fullness and breast tenderness.
Cramps are usually experienced during the premenstrual phase.
However, cramps will not interfere with conception and fertility in any way.

Thanks and take care
Dr Shailja P Wahal
