Could I Be Pregnant With Delayed Periods?

My periods are almost 3 weeks late. I've had two home pregnancy tests that ave come out negative. And a nagativr blood test .. my periods were never 100% regular .. but I want to know if I could still be pregnant .. the blood test was done last week on Thursday

Hi,
In view of the history of irregular cycles, negative pregnancy tests, both urine and more importantly the blood test, you are not likely to be pregnant. Yet, if you wish for some more confirmation, you can get a trans-vaginal sonogram which conclusively solves the issue. If pregnancy is thus excluded, you can try for induction of a period using hormones after consulting a specialist. If you are anxious to conceive, you should get further management to get regular ovulation. Hope your query has been answered. Wish you good health.
