Could I Be Pregnant With Pregnancy Symptoms And Light Bleeding After Sex On Fertile Days With The Test Being Negative

I have had pregnancy symptoms the past week. My period was due today and I have had some very light bleeding. I noticed a change in my breast and have been very tired. This doesn't look or feel like my normal period. Could I be pregnant? We have been trying. Had sex on all of my furtal days. I have taken a test but it came out negative

Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.
some symptoms during early pregnancy are similar to premenstrual symptoms.
The only way to be sure is to do a urine test at least 3-4 days after missed period. if you are anxious then get a blood test for pregnancy which will detect the pregnancy earlier
kindly write back if you have any queries.
Thanks.
