Could I Be Pregnant With Pregnancy Symptoms With Negative Result On The Pregnancy Test?

I am 41 years old and have been taking Quasense b.c. pills for about 3 years now. My period was due on Feb 2nd but I have yet to have it. I am usually very regular with my periods. Being on Quasense, I normally have my period every 3 months like clockwork. I am having all the symptoms of pregnancy including stomach cramps, low back aches, severe fatigue, sore breasts/nipples, gas, constipation, nausea, bloating feeling and even very vivid dreams. I have taken three home pregnancy tests, all of which are negative but I still think I m pregnant. Any words of wisdom for me? I have two kids already although they are now 18 & 19 and I feel exactly as I did with both of them when I was pregnant. How long should I wait before taking another test?

Thanks for your query.
You dont need to worry because these symptoms have relation with PMS and not with pregnancy.
Being on Quasense,decrease of fertility with the age, and pregnancy test negative ---chances of being pregnant are very very low.
You can use progesterone to come menstruation because delay periods may be from hormonal imbalance.
To rule out your anxiety you can do blood test hcG.
Take care of your self
