Could I Be Pregnant With Pregnancy Symptoms?

I am 13 days late with my period, i have been getting pregnancy symptoms like cramps mostly at nights, eating a lot more food, feeling tired, white discharge from my vagina/no smell, and getting mood swings. I did 4 PT and they all came out negative.my husband and i have been having unprotected sex for a long time now. could I be pregnant?

I understand your concern. If you take a home pregnancy test very soon after you think you may have conceived, a negative result doesn't mean much. The best is to take it around the time you are expecting your next period. If you're sure you've waited long enough to test and you're still getting a negative result, you're probably not pregnant. Pregnancy isn't the only reason for a missed period – stress, excessive exercise, and thyroid problems, among other things, can all delay menstruation.
