Yes, it is possible to become pregnant without the penis entering the vagina. The closer you are to half way between two periods, the more likely it is for
pregnancy to occur. If you just completed a period, or are due very soon, pregnancy is far less likely. A pregnancy test will not be positive until shortly before or around when your usual period is due.

Plan B or equivalent is available without a prescription, and while its recommended for 3 days after an accidental possible pregnancy it may still help. Also, the local family planning clinic can offer an
