Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Your symptoms could be related to an infection. The high blood cell count is indicative of an infection.
From the other hand your blood pressure values are just slightly elevated. By they are not really concerning. Inflammation and infection can raise blood pressure values.
For this reason, I recommend performing further tests to investigate for the type of infection:
- a blood bacterial culture
- a chest X ray study
- a urine analysis
- a urine bacterial culture.
Antibiotic treatment could be needed in case of a bacterial infection.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
