Could Increased Appetite, Bloating And Fatigue Indicate Pregnancy?

I seem to be extra hungry here the past couple of weeks, craving certain foods i use to never really eat, im a little bloated, tired etc... could I possibly be pregant? I am not on bc and me and my bf have talked about having kids so we have not been careful. How early would I start noticing stuff if I was pregnant?

Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) Very first and important sign of pregnancy is a missing periods.
If you have unprotected sex act in the last month and once you cross your dates you can get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy.

3 ) preparing for the parenthood is also important. I will suggest you to opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Include more portions of fruits, salads and vegetables in daily diet. Avoid deep fried foods, bakery products and refined sugars in diet. Avoid substance abuse if any. Start on Folic acid, Vitamin B 12 and Omega 3 supplements as early as possible. This will help to prevent various complications during the pregnancy.
