Could Innocent Murmurs Get Worse In Time?

I took my 6-year old daughter to a routine check up and the doctor told me that she had a small (Innocent) murmur. They told me that it was nothing to worry about. But I forgot to ask the doctor if it could get worse with time. So I would like to know if it could be a problem later on down the road.

'Innocent' murmurs usually disappear with time.

But, to be sure whether a murmur is really 'innocent', one may
get an Echocardiography done.
