Could Intake Of Valium For Tremors In Arms At Night Be Addictive?

I have tremors in my arms at night. Really bad when I work had during the day. I am a housewife who will be 79 in August. My local doc has given valium to keep by my bed and if I start having them he says to take one of them. My daughter says these can be habit forming. And how much do this answer cost. If really high I might want to hear what you have to say. Thanks

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe you are getting tremors, after exertion. You observe, whether they are even with out exertion. In that case they may be due to the deficiency of the nutrients like vitamin B complex, iron, etc. They also may be due to the age related, or due to the hypertension,or diabetes,or Parkinsons.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
