Could Internal Hemorrhoids Cause Irritation, Itching, Burning And Bleeding?

I m a 40 year old male and I ve been experiencing irritation / itching inside. On occasion I ve wiped within the wall and have experience bleeding. Eventually it stops and the burning subsides, only to return. Do I have internal hemroids? Or, is it something more serious. Thank you for your time. Jerry

Bleeding from anus can be caused by various cases. The symptoms you describe are most likely to be hemorrhoids ! What is the color of the blood? Dark? Fresh blood ? Is it mixed with the feces or "sprinkled"all over them ? Have you noticed any worsening when you eat spicy food ? On the other hand what is the form of your feces-if they are like pencils or worms you have to check your rectum and colon via colonoscopy ! Colonoscopy is used also to check for hemorrhoids so if you can afford it go ahead and do it! Most likely you have hemorrhoids !
