Could It Be UTI If Having Pain When Urinating, Blood In Urine And Frequent Urination?

could i have a possible uti or something else?
I'm having a lot of pain when urinating. for the past week I've noticed a cloudy, white chunky discharge. then last night i unexpectedly wet the bed. I've been having to urinate every 15-20 minutes. there seems to be a lot of blood in my urine and I'm not on my period. I'm having to wear panty liners because i keep having little rushes unexpectedly of urine.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have increased frequency of urination ,pain while passing urine and hematuria .

All these symptoms indicate that you have UTI.

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexine along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
